Two worlds designed for each age
Babies need stability and bonding. Toddlers crave exploration, independence, imitation. Our two groups respond to these distinct needs.
🍼 Babies
Babies (0 - 18 months)
Our nursery for infants
Small group size and adult-to-child ratios compliant with OAJE Vaud guidelines, to guarantee individual attention for each baby.
- Setup with firm mats, never bouncers or premature standing.
- Individualised care (nappy changes, meals, dressing) as foundational relational moments.
- A single key worker for each child.
- Sleep on demand, bottles according to parental instructions, breast milk storage per hygiene standards.
- Safe sleep: on the back, sleeping bag, no pillow, constant supervision.
🧒 Toddlers
Toddlers (18 months - 4 years)
Our toddler group
A space arranged in Montessori zones (practical life, sensorial, language, creative, motor, symbolic play), with furniture entirely at child height.
- Bilingual structuring rituals (gathering, handwashing, reading, song, goodbye kiss).
- Kind emotion management: welcome, name, set a limit, offer a way out.
- School readiness: undressing, tidying, waiting one's turn, following instructions.
- Outings and exploration: daily garden, lakeside walks, library, market.
